Recycled Magazine Flowers (Craft Make and Take)
Supplies
Old Magazines
Scissors
Glue
Popsicle Stick
Instructions
Each flower takes two pages of a magazine. Choose pages with lots of color ( I chose national geographic). The more colorful the page the prettier your flower will be. Accordion fold each page. Fold in half and glue the two touching folds. Lay the two half circles in place and glue to touching folds. Cut a circle glue to the center of your flower.
Here is the finished product…we also added popsicle sticks to the end for a stem! Pumpkin (age 31/2) did not really get the hang of the folding (she was getting really frustrated) but our little 41/2 yr old friend was pretty good at it.
