So this blog entry is dedicated to my lovely husband who I promised I would post his beautiful “twice baked potatoes” on the blog. Yes, he did make me take a picture of these while we had company over… God love him!! They were yummy and the best part he made them!!
Scoop out the inside and make mashed potatoes (he added real bacon bits, chives, sour cream, milk, and butter) He also mixes his with a mixer (no lumps)
Spoon mixture back into the potato shell
Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 degrees (15-20 minutes…could also use the boiler)
(We intend to make up a bunch of these and freeze for the summer!! Thaw, reheat, and eat!!)
